Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Soloist is on. Set the phone on the music desk within ~50 cm of the strings in a quiet room — or play the on-screen keyboard, which needs no mic at all.
Open Soloist → Toolkit → Settings → Restore Purchases, while signed into the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Soloist Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the period ends.
Delete the app to remove on-device data. Email us to wipe any server-side coach counters or entitlement records.
